Diamonds – Burpees
Hearts – Air Squats
Clubs – KB Swings (55/35)

In teams, a card will be flipped, then the corresponding movement will be performed to the number of reps on the card. Repeat until deck is complete. Have Fun!

10 Toes to Bar/15 Knees to Elbows
